Watching the Roses

The beauty of roses, captured in a delicate and sensitive rendering on paper.

Story: I visit you every day, my heart filling with anticipation as I walk towards the spot where you grow. With every ray of sunshine and every drop of rain, you change. Petals unfurl and open; new buds form. You are beautiful in so many ways, I've stopped trying to count them. You steal hours from me, but I forgive you. Time is never wasted when it's spent watching the roses.
